Gerald W. Bollman, CFA
Mr. Bollman is CEO and Chief
Investment Officer of Intrinsic Value Asset Management, LLC, a
newly-formed long-only equity investment adviser headquartered in Clearwater, Florida.
Intrinsic Value Asset Management, LLC uses Intrinsic Value
principles to guide its stock selection and portfolio
weighting decisions.
Mr. Bollman formerly co-managed more
than $900 million in equity assets in mutual funds, variable
annuities, and portfolios of high-net-worth individuals at Great Companies,
LLC from May 2001 through July 2006.

Mr. Bollman founded Intrinsic Value
Associates, LLC in January, 1995.
From 1983, he was Executive Vice
President - Equities for Continental Asset Management Corporation, responsible for more
than $1 billion in both taxable and tax-deferred equity portfolios and a team of seven
equity professionals.
Mr. Bollman has forty years of portfolio management and
analytical experience and has managed corporate, pension and individual equity accounts
for a variety of independent investment advisors, insurance companies and
bank trust organizations.
Mr. Bollman earned a Bachelors of Business
Administration in Finance and Investment from the University of
Oregon in 1967. He completed the
Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School in 1978 and is a member of the
Association of Investment Management and Research, the CFA
Institute, and the New York Society of Security
Analysts. Mr. Bollman is also a member of
the Committee for Improved Corporate Reporting of the New York Society of Security
Analysts. |
